Orders from outside the USA • We deliver quality products worldwide. Most products are available for export sales around the World. • you can order from outside the United States using our website. We will deliver your order to most any Country. • Here’s what you need to know when ordering from outside the United States: Send your order through the Website; We will contact you with A shipping quote. This will come via e-mail within 1-2 days after placing the order. You will need to confirm and approve that you want to pay “The Shipping Charges”, and then your order will be processed and sent out. • You are responsible for clearing the products through Customs And Paying Any Customs Duties.
We recognize there are times when customers need to return an item. If you decide you do not want a product and wish to return it, please let us know before shipping it back to get RMA approval. Do not forget to write your RMA number in a visible location when preparing the package. When calling customer service it is extremely helpful if you have your invoice number and product number available.
Please note all items that are being returned must be in the same way that it was originally shipped. If the item is not defective, there will be a 20% restocking fee. This will be deducted from the credited invoice. Any items over 30 days or used items CANNOT BE RETURNED.
